First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to learn more about this sleep program. As a first-time mom, there are many doubts that arise, and when it comes to sleep, it wasn’t given the importance it has now. The routine you sent me, with schedules, feedings, and naps, helped clear up many of these doubts, and when I put them into practice, I was amazed. At first, like everything, it wasn’t easy, but the effort and consistency are truly worth it. We went from waking up three times a night to just once, and it’s almost at dawn now. I can´t recommend Bertha from LittleSleepers enough. As a mom of twin boys and a two-year-old girl, I was running on empty and overwhelmed with all the conflicting sleep advice out there. What I loved about working with Bertha is that her approach was so gentle and respectful. No sleep training that involved letting my kids cry, it was all about tuning into their needs, creating predictable routines, and responding in a way that felt right for our family.

She helped me understand each of my kids’ rhythms and how to support them through changes. Now, even when they do wake up (because that’s totally normal), they sleep well overall and wake up rested and in good moods and so do I!
